Subject: To the 1st reviewer above.
That black man with the rickshaw isn't a freaking slave. There is no shame in providing a service and getting paid for it. Just because you see a black person doing something for a white person doesn't mean the white guy is somehow taking advantage! People these days are being taught by the political correct idiots that run this country that the white man is worse than a jihadist.
Subject: Found it interesting.
Definitely a slice of life. Rich, entitled white people who at one point make use of some sort of rickshaw type contraction in which a black man had to peddle them around. Amazing to look back on people doing this sort of stuff and have no shame.
Most of the film seems to be these people vacationing in what looks to be Florida. Definitely should be of interest to car enthusiasts as you see many vintage (then new) cars driving and even take a ride in one at one point. Also, lots of ladies showing off their fashions and some beach scenes.
Near the end, it appears to be some shots taken at a debutante ball. Very much a look at the Old South.
Subject: Dull home movies
The film drags along and sometimes is underexposed People who like that era may find
parts of it historically interesting.
